By completing your registration, you give permission for U-Pro Soccer to use images and/or video recordings of my children taken during U-Pro Soccer events, training sessions, or workshops for promotional and marketing purposes.

 

I understand that:

1. These images/videos may be used in print and digital media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials.

2. My child will not be identified by name in these materials without additional specific consent.

3. U-Pro Soccer may actively use these materials in their marketing and promotional efforts only for the duration of our promotional needs. After this period:

  a) U-Pro Soccer will cease using the materials in new marketing campaigns or promotional materials.

  b) Existing materials and social media posts containing these images/videos may remain visible in U-Pro Soccer's social media history or in previously distributed materials.

c) Where feasible, U-Pro Soccer will make reasonable efforts to archive or remove prominent displays of the materials from its active digital presence.

4. Due to the nature of internet and social media sharing, it may not be possible to fully remove all instances of these materials from the public domain once they have been shared.

5. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting contact@uprosoccer.ca. U-Pro Soccer will honor such requests by ceasing to use the specified materials in new content and making reasonable efforts to remove or archive existing content featuring the materials, where possible.

6. This consent is separate from the U-Pro Soccer Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and is in addition to the general consent for using U-Pro Soccer's services.

7. U-Pro Soccer will use these materials responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. U-Pro Soccer maintains the right to crop, edit, or treat the content with digital enhancements as deemed necessary for use.

 

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. You acknowledge that you are giving consent voluntarily and that you may refuse to consent without any penalty or loss of benefits to which my child or I would otherwise be entitled.
